Thomas Baetens

Thomas is a lawyer supporting clients in intellectual property law and commercial law. He holds a law degree obtained at University of Antwerp and an advanced master in intellectual property law and ICT law obtained at KU Leuven.

His practice focuses on copyright, trade marks and designs. Thomas is the author of a book about the copyright aspects of downloading and streaming.

Thomas is a member of BMM.
